This phase is all about the client taking action to execute their personalized health plan. The coach will guide the client through the execution of their personalized health plan by asking targeted questions that help the client stay on track and make informed decisions. The coach will inquire about the specific actions the client is taking, such as "What workouts have you completed this week?" or "How are you managing meal preparation?" These questions are designed to gather detailed information on the who, what, where, and how of the client's daily routines. For example, the coach might ask, "Where do you find it easiest to fit in your workouts?" or "How are you feeling after following the dietary recommendations?" By probing into these areas, the coach helps the client identify what’s working and where adjustments might be needed. The coach also encourages the client to reflect on their experiences, offering support and solutions to any challenges they encounter. This interactive process ensures that the client remains actively engaged in their health journey, with the coach providing the necessary guidance to keep them moving forward.
