My Story by Tracy Lee Hulbert
More than twenty years ago, I started my health and fitness journey during a tough time. After having my children, I struggled with anxiety and panic attacks. A friend suggested weight lifting, and although I was unsure, I tried it. It not only helped with my panic but also ignited my passion for fitness.
However, I faced more obstacles. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, experiencing severe pain in my neck, shoulders, and upper body. It felt overwhelming, especially with a poor diet and a toxic relationship. I learned how crucial nutrition is for health and how stress triggered my symptoms, so I decided to make significant changes. Adopting a healthier diet and ending the harmful relationship was challenging, but with support, it transformed my life. Gradually, the pain disappeared.
Inspired by my journey, I went back to school to study Holistic Health Coaching, Life Coaching, and Art Therapy Coaching. This path allowed me to combine fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being, motivating others to seek their health and healing.
Today, I am thankful to partner with others to live healthier lives. Looking back at my progress, I realize how important that first step was, and the chance to make a positive impact. It enriches my life everyday.
It starts with the here and now.
Unlock Your Potential.
It all begins with focusing on the dreams and goals of each individual, moving forward to achieve a specific goal within a certain time frame.
Clarity in Goals.
When you're clear about what you want, it becomes easier to take decisive action. A well-defined goal acts as a guiding star, keeping you aligned with your purpose.
Setting Milestones.
Breaking down your ultimate goal into smaller, manageable steps makes the process less overwhelming. Each milestone serves as a checkpoint, allowing you to measure progress and make adjustments if necessary.
Deadlines.
Deadlines create a sense of urgency and accountability. They help you stay on track, prevent procrastination, and ensure that you're making consistent progress toward your goal.
Builds Momentum.
The combination of small wins and the pressure of deadlines creates momentum, driving you closer to your goal with each step.
Enhances Motivation and Focus.
Knowing exactly what you’re working toward, seeing progress, and having a time-bound commitment, keeps you motivated and focused. This alignment of purpose, progress, and time is what makes goal-setting so effective.
